Job Description: ServiceNow Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform strategy, solution design, AI architecture, and enterprise integrations within a highly regulated European environment. The architect will define the target-state architecture, establish governance standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow implementations.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience
• Minimum 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
• Proven experience working within regulated European industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agent ecosystem preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap
• Design scalable ServiceNow platform landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance
• Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities
• Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, operational resilience, audit, security, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards
