The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their locations. • Conduct a variety of tasks including routine servicing, diagnostic checks, and scheduled repairs. • Manage your own stock, complete necessary reports, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Operate independently, making sound decisions to address diverse customer needs and challenges. • Represent the company with pride, providing advice and fostering positive customer relationships. What You'll Need • A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or an equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician, working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
