Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and assign rooms to guests
• Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and room billing
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
• Cross-sell additional services and experiences available at the resort
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Communicate guest feedback to management and relevant departments
• Ensure a high level of customer service and guest engagement
