What You'll Need

• Completed training as a specialist nurse, geriatric nurse, or health and nursing assistant.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts, night shifts optional).
• Empathy and strong communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
