Your Role: As a KS1 teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our young learners during their crucial early years. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that encourage curiosity, build confidence, and help each child develop key skills. You’ll also:
- Create an engaging, positive, and safe classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver exciting lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students.
- Support the emotional and social development of your pupils.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS1
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young learners
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to classroom management
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
