Job Description
Software Engineer – Full-Stack As a part of a CNO team, you will help establish end‑to‑end prototypes, define requirements, and contribute to both existing and new systems to enhance infrastructure awareness. The role involves close engagement with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements and deliver deployable solutions, including necessary scripting support, on accelerated timelines. Job Roles
- Gain a strong understanding of customer mission needs; collaborate with team members to gather requirements and rapidly develop solutions.
- Independently drive feature development, taking ownership of the full development lifecycle.
- Integrate with and contribute to a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks.
- Design and implement reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
- Develop advanced solutions for data visualization, task automation, and workflow optimization. Job Requirements
- Demonstrated technology flexibility, with experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, APIs/middleware, backend services, and DevOps) and willingness to adopt any technology necessary to achieve the solution.
- Experience with at least one modern UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience developing scripts and services in Python.
- Experience building RESTful web applications using Spring Boot and Python.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQLite, or similar.
- Familiarity with GitLab, including CI/CD pipelines. Education & Experience
- 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
