The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of vehicle issues, from minor repairs to complex fault-finding.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your day from your driveway, tackling diverse challenges.
• Work on demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
