The Role

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, overseeing content, creativity, and visual execution.
• Contribute to the enhancement and conceptualization of innovative marketing and sales strategies.
• Plan and execute sales and communication strategies, including B2C initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize product assortments, manage new product introductions, and advise on merchandising.
• Create and analyze reports to measure the success of marketing efforts.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma (Abitur) or equivalent vocational qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong interest in advertising, marketing, and sales.
• Economic mindset with good organizational skills.
• Good to very good English language skills.
• Previous knowledge in CMS, HTML, Photoshop, Google AdWords, Typo3, or Illustrator would be beneficial.
