Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to support statewide procurement projects within the Management and Budget Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement projects from planning through RFP/RFI development and contract execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and deadlines.
Coordinate with program teams, State Purchasing, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Support preparation of RFPs, RFIs, scopes of work, and procurement documents.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas/materials, and document decisions and action items.
Support evaluation committees and track proposal/evaluation activities.
Monitor risks, delays, dependencies, and outstanding items.
Maintain organized records for reporting, transparency, and audit readiness.
Assist with procurement workflow improvements and special projects.
