Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Seasonal Sales Representatives across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference. 

Responsibilities 

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product(Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way 

• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle 

• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource 

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations 

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application 

• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day 

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations 

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality 

• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require 

• Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
• Customer service or sales experience an asset
• Comfortable delivering key messages

• Strong listening and communication skills
• Work well independently and within a team
• Comfortable completing a criminal background check
• Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement

• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check 

• Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback 

• Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required 

Compensation 

• Base wage $16.60/hr plus uncapped commission 

• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available 

• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 7pm
