- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
- Allen-Bradley PLC experience, including Studio 5000 / RSLogix.
- HMI experience, including FactoryTalk View Studio.
- Experience with vision systems such as Cognex In-Sight.
- Experience with sensors, remote I/O, and other industrial automation components.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
The strongest candidate will be someone who can walk onto the manufacturing floor, evaluate an automation issue, troubleshoot a FANUC robot or PLC-related problem, determine the root cause, and help get the equipment running again. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and working directly with automated manufacturing equipment.
