October 2026 (flexible) Rate: £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35) The Opportunity We're supporting a leading organisation within the property and real estate sector on a major CRM and business transformation programme.

As part of this initiative, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple business functions.<br />Analyse and document current and future business processes.<br />Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and business documentation.<br />Translate business needs into clear Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications.<br />Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies.<br />Work closely with solution architects, developers, and test teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.<br />Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.<br />Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.<br />Ensure solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and best practice CRM processes.Required Experience Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.<br />Strong understanding of D365 CRM, including:<br />Workflows<br />Entities<br />Security models<br />Customer engagement processes<br />Integrations and related ecosystem components<br />Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at all levels.<br />Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business analysis methodologies.<br />Experience supporting UAT and change initiatives.<br />Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.<br />Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
