The Role

• Perform general and specialized patient-centered care according to established standards.
• Prepare, assist with, and provide follow-up care for diagnostic, surgical, and therapeutic procedures.
• Deliver professional nursing care based on current evidence-based practice in nursing science.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary partners.
• Provide consultation, support, and guidance to patients and their families.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed professional training as a Registered Nurse or Healthcare and Nursing Assistant.
• Ability for self-reflection and a high degree of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Reliability and commitment.
