Job Description

12-Month FTC Days Only.

I have the pleasure to work with one of the most sort after places to work in Shropshire. We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a large and forward-thinking maintenance team.

My client has asked me to find an electrically qualified / multi-skilled maintenance engineer who has experience within a manufacturing capacity. If you wish to join a company with a great culture and benefits, please apply.

This role is a 12-month FTC and would suit someone who is between jobs, retired or looking for an immediate change.

Maintenance Engineer Benefits:

  • Salary £42,668
  • Flexitime. (37hours per week).
  • 8% employer pension contribution.
  • Lunch time finish Friday.
  • Subsidised café.

  • Days only.

Maintenance Engineer Duties include:

  • Days (Monday Friday)
  • Planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Log work through CMMS.
  • Installation work to a required standard.
  • Carry out mechanical and electrical work in accordance with regs.
  • Project work.
  • Implement continuous improvement on site.
  • Adhere to health and safety.

As a Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

  • Recognised engineering qualifications. (NVQ Level 3, HNC, Degree).
  • Electrical qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • PLC experience.
  • Robotics experience.
  • Injection moulding experience (Desirable)
