The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through strategic sales efforts.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and environmental concerns.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology to manage sales activities and customer agreements.
• Recommend and explain innovative pest management solutions, ensuring customer peace of mind.
• Achieve sales goals through a combination of prospecting and managing assigned leads.

What You'll Need

• No prior experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a pesticide license (company sponsored).
• Physical capability to perform inspections in various environments, including tight spaces and heights.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
