The Role

• Lead vehicle glass repair and replacement operations, including Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration.
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and daily task planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures and manage inventory and audit readiness.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, with several years of professional experience.
• Certified Kfz-Meister (Automotive Master Craftsman) or equivalent experience in the automotive field.
• Willingness to undertake further certification as Operations Manager (HWK) or already possess this qualification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficiency in administrative tasks and PC usage.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
