The Role

• Manage and coordinate minor repairs and defect rectifications using specialized software.
• Plan and schedule service technicians, and manage external contractors.
• Oversee timely project completion within your area of responsibility.
• Liaise with tenants and other stakeholders to arrange appointments and coordinate activities.
• Prepare invoices and support the billing process.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a commercial, technical, construction, or trade field.
• Strong understanding of technical and practical trade work.
• Prior experience in order processing, quotations, and purchasing is preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and responsible work ethic.
• Proficient in standard PC applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software solutions.
