Job Description
Cotswold Energy Group is an exciting, profitable company within a large growth sector supplying decarbonisation solutions to the domestic and commercial markets.
The company was founded by three childhood friends with the ethos of providing straightforward, transparent solutions to help customers harness the benefits of renewable technologies. • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on complex installations.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support project delivery.
• Ensure all certification and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of installation staff.
• Carry out toolbox talks and promote a strong health and safety culture.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience managing residential electrical installations.
• Strong understanding of solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and renewable technologies.
