The Role

• Create a safe and stimulating environment, preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Plan and deliver educational activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Act as a Key Person, overseeing children’s development and care needs, and building strong connections with families.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of early childhood education within the nursery.

What You'll Need

• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Experience in a similar role such as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse is beneficial.
