The successful candidate will work closely with a local team of over 30 geotechnical engineers and technologists based out of Edmonton, supported by a wider, regional team of over 200 geotechnical engineers.

• Hands-On Experience: Conduct a variety of field work including geotechnical site investigations, instrument monitoring, and construction reviews and/or quality tests. Perform laboratory tests to determine soil characteristics and gain familiarity with local materials. Visit project sites, see the work progress firsthand, and monitor the impact of your contributions. See your hard work come to life!

Qualifications to apply:​

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or related services.
• Eligible to register (or already registered) as an Engineer-In-Training with APEGA
• Valid Canadian driver’s license with access to a vehicle
• Ability to live and work in Canada
• Residing in Edmonton, Alberta, or willing to relocate
