We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our fresh food counter, a vital hub for delivering exceptional quality and creating unique culinary experiences for our customers. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency.

The Role

• Lead and manage a team, acting as a role model and driving the implementation of national sales concepts.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through appealing product displays, expert advice, and excellent service.
• Independently implement creative ideas for sales-promoting activities.
• Oversee cost and revenue development, conduct regular inventory, manage product ordering, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship, preferably in the food retail sector, or proven experience as a career changer with initial specialized and leadership experience in baked goods or self-service fresh food counters.
• Solid knowledge of products and a high awareness of freshness and quality.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven approach with a structured and conscientious work ethic.
• Strong team spirit, customer orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including Mondays to Saturdays between 05:45 and 21:15.
