Onsite Photocopier Service Engineer - Leicester

We are seeking a site based engineer to join a busy technical services team. This role requires a hands‑on engineering with installation, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance of HP and Xerox print environments .

This role is also open to those with IT hardware (EPOS / Laptop/ ATM backgrounds) Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and optimise HP and Xerox multifunction printers, copiers, and production print devices at customer sites Provide break‑fix support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network‑related print issues Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance Produce accurate technical documentation, service reports, and configuration records in line with SLAs Experience, Skills & Personal Qualities Photocopiers / MFD diagnostics / ATM / Epos / IT Hardware Solid understanding of print servers, networking protocols, Active Directory/LDAP integration, and print queue management Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic tools Excellent customer‑facing communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a field team Desirable Qualifications HP Xerox CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent IT certification How to Apply If you're an experienced Photocopier / MFD Engineer looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
