Senior AI/ML Engineer(W2)

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Glendale, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across various environments. This role requires expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Develop LLM-powered copilots, intelligent recommendations, and natural-language interfaces
• Implement RAG and vector-search solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software products
• Design production inference and deployment architectures
• Monitor and improve model performance and reliability
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted software engineering tools
• Establish AI engineering standards and best practices
• Mentor engineers and support enterprise AI adoption
