The Role

• Support store management in all aspects of store operations and contribute to overall store success.
• Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new team members.
• Take shared responsibility for optimizing sales strategies for a diverse and frequently changing product assortment.
• Manage store presentation, including ordering, adhering to display guidelines, and overseeing daily tasks.
• Collaborate with store management to discuss performance and ongoing store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding program at a designated training store.
