Role: Business Development Executive/BDE
Exp: 0-3 Years/Freshers/Entry Level.
Location: Bangalore, Jaya Nagar, 4th block
Shift: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and market analysis
- Proactively reach out to direct clients and MSPs via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering discussions
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (activities, leads, opportunities, closures)
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery on client requirements
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with staffing/recruitment industry (a plus for mid-level candidates)
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related preferred)
Nice-to-Have:
- Existing client network or relationships
- Experience working with MSPs
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of closing deals
