The Role

• Evaluate the financial health and R&D of loan applicants to make informed credit decisions.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare comprehensive reports for internal review.
• Detect potential fraud to protect company assets and validate account legitimacy.
• Process a high volume of orders requiring credit review and manage customer inquiries.
• Set and adjust credit limits based on customer history and requests.
• Contact customers with past-due accounts to assess cash flow and discuss payment status.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in customer service, credit, collections, or a call center environment is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French is a plus.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
