Senior Technical Writer, AI-Powered Docs & Help Center

Nuix Limited is seeking a senior technical writer to own release notes, user guides, help center, and enablement content for Nuix Neo across complex forensic and compliance features. You'll use AI daily to draft and scale docs, structure content for AI support, and build workflows that keep docs accurate as product evolves.

You will work from our Sydney office with a hybrid model, attend 3 days a week, and contribute to lowering support load while improving self-service and AI answer quality.
