Atlas Cloud Support Manager

MongoDB is seeking a transformational leader to head the Cloud Support Engineers within Technical Services. You will guide a global team, resolve complex customer escalations, and collaborate with engineering, sales and CSMs to drive successful outcomes.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role requires in-office presence 3+ days a week and offers an opportunity to shape support strategy across Atlas and related cloud services.
