Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and analysebusiness requirements for BI solution design.
  • Develop solutiondesigns for BI and reporting products aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracyand integrity through rigorous testing processes.
  • Implement and maintainCI/CD processes to support BI and reporting product development.
  • Produce and maintainhigh-quality internal and customer-facing documentation.
  • Train and supportusers in transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate andcommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert inputinto metric development and reporting design to monitor and improve dataquality.
  • Develop Power BIreports and dashboards for the Payments team, ensuring alignment withinternal branding standards and seamless integration with Oracledatabases, Microsoft Fabric OneLake, and data warehouse-sourced data.
  • Proven experiencedesigning scalable data models and semantic models in Power BI and MicrosoftFabric (including star schema, relationships, calculation groups, andmodel optimization).
  • Experience workingwith Fabric OneLake and similar cloud-based data platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertisein Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power Query (M), DAX, TabularEditor, AML toolkit, Power Pivot, and Power BI Service.
  • Strong knowledge ofSQL for data manipulation, cleansing, transformation, and validation;experience with BigQuery is preferred.
  • Familiarity with datawarehousing concepts, ETL processes, and dimensional modelling ispreferred.
  • Ability to buildinsightful dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI, includingreports from non-SQL data sources (e.g., API, Microsoft Excel, MicrosoftDynamics).
  • Knowledge of paymentprocesses and systems such as SWIFT and FGPP would be a bonus
  • Experience documentingdata products and managing changes and service impacts.
  • Strong analytical,communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
