Description
Join our team as an IT Field Operations Specialist in the Bernadino/Riverside area. 
This contract role involves supporting IT operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth functionality of hardware and software systems. 
The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot various technologies.
Manage IT operations for outpatient centers and call centers.
Provide onsite and remote support for users and systems.
Collaborate with leadership to align IT solutions with business needs.
Analyze workflows and recommend improvements.
Maintain and troubleshoot network and computer systems.
Travel between sites as needed to provide support.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
Monitor and resolve service tickets and projects.
Visit sites to address and resolve IT issues.
Assist with installation and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Maintain knowledge of systems and participate in education programs.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s or Associate''s degree in a related technical field.
Strong operational and analytical skills with excellent communication.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, and network operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and PC software setup.
Valid driver''s license and ability to travel between sites.
