Permanent Why This Role Stands Out - Work with a genuine sector leader in engineering and construction - Strong forward order book and regional workload stability - End-to-end accountability across major contracts - Real leadership scope, managing Site and Section Managers - Comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, bonus, pension, private medical, and enhanced benefits Key Responsibilities - Lead safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across the full project lifecycle - Set and maintain delivery standards across the project and wider contract - Plan, review, and drive contract programmes through to completion - Manage client relationships and keep internal and external stakeholders informed - Ensure risk assessments are in place, current, and regularly reviewed - Establish operating plans that secure appropriate resources and materials - Resolve operational issues and escalate business-critical matters to senior leadership when needed - Drive all commercial activity, including gross margin, cost control, and key financial metrics - Hold subcontractors to account on performance throughout delivery Requirements - Proven track record delivering HV multi-utility projects up to 11kV - Solid experience in a Project Management role - Experience delivering complex multi-discipline enhancement projects within programme and cost controls - Strong stakeholder management skills, building close working relationships with clients and subcontractors - Degree, HNC, or HND (or equivalent) - Legal right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
