Project Manager - Consultancy

A well-established and growing construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager with consultancy experience to work across a diverse range of projects while progressing their career within a supportive and collaborative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion across a varied portfolio including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, public sector, and mixed-use developments. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining excellent client relationships. This position is ideally suited to an experienced Project Manager or an Assistant Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The Role Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Support the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working within a construction consultancy. Experience as a Project Manager or an Assistant Project Manager ready to progress. Project experience across one or more of the following sectors: residential, commercial, education, healthcare, public sector, or mixed-use developments. Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline. MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or actively working towards professional chartership. Strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills. Proactive, professional, and commercially aware.
