We are seeking a skilled Plastics and Rubber Mechanic for a leading manufacturing company that specializes in producing plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical technology sectors. This family-run business is known for its innovative approach and modern facilities.

The Role

• Setting up and starting blow and injection molding machines
• Monitoring machinery and troubleshooting issues
• Performing regular in-process controls (IPC)
• Selecting and preparing materials for further processing
• Contributing to process optimization
• Conducting sampling

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a Plastics and Rubber Mechanic (m/f/d), Plastics and Rubber Technician (m/f/d), or in a comparable field
• Experience in the plastics industry
• Experience with blow molding or injection molding, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical engineering
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and conscientious work approach
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts)
