We partner with schools and local authorities to provide tailored educational support, empowering disengaged and vulnerable learners to achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback on student development.
• Help raise the standard of education for young people with diverse learning and emotional needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating safe learning environments.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• UK work authorization.
