Product Marketing Manager - Commercial (Remote)

Job Description
The Product Manager serves as the technical liaison between customers, engineering, and manufacturing, helping develop customized solutions that meet performance, cost, and project requirements. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving technical challenges, managing multiple projects, and working directly with customers to deliver high-quality products and support. Partner with customers to evaluate new applications and define functional requirements, technical specifications, project timelines, and cost objectives.

Develop, configure, and modify product solutions to meet unique customer needs and operational requirements. Provide timely technical, service, and commercial support to OEM customers throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot equipment and system issues in the field, providing hands-on technical support and root cause analysis.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure products are designed and built to meet customer expectations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
