Job Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Jefferson City)

Duration: Long Term Contract (Multi year extension upto 5 yr.)
Job description:
Supports the review and refinement of business requirements, workflows, and operational processes to ensure alignment with the already‐completed OCM/BPR deliverables, updated system capabilities, and user readiness considerations.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting Medicaid operations or consulting for a Medicaid program.
- Ability to map workflows, identify gaps, validate alignment with system functionality, and support requirement traceability.
- Experience coordinating with technical and functional teams, and updating requirements based on vendor documentation.
