The Role

• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers in finding their perfect pair of glasses.
• Embody the company's spirit and serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology to independently perform contact lens fittings and anatomical adjustments.
• Determine prescription values and advise customers on various lens packages.
• Support customers with their eyewear needs, ensuring satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an optician (m/f/d).
• Prior experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• A strong team player mentality, committed to achieving company goals collectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for optics.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and approaches in optometry.
