Job description

Technical Product Manager Bracknell / WFH to £65k

Are you a tech savvy Product Manager?

You could be progressing your career as a Technical Product Manager at a global financial services company as they rebuild the international payments platform, working within the Retention team.

As Technical Product Manager you'll own a product end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to roadmap, delivery and measurable outcomes. You'll take responsibility for a live money movement platform, defining priorities and working as product co-lead alongside the Team Lead. Your area will span the customer experience, underlying services and partner integrations.

You'll shape the roadmap across the customer journey, from onboarding through payments, FX and settlement, working closely with engineering to agree priorities, manage technical trade-offs and deliver new features. Using customer feedback, partner insight and data, you'll identify opportunities, validate ideas and prioritise work based on customer impact and business value.

You'll lead delivery across engineering, design, compliance and partner teams, tracking outcomes against agreed metrics. AI will be central to how you work, from discovery and planning to prototyping and delivery, while helping shape how the wider team uses AI to improve productivity and product outcomes.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the Bracknell office twice a week.

About you:

  • You have strong Product Management experience, ideally in a FinTech, payments or financial business
  • You have strong customer and partner discovery skills, with experience validating problems and prioritising what to build
  • You have strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running experiments, and analysing outcomes
  • You have a good technical understanding of APIs, data flows and system architecture basics, enough to partner with engineering on technical decisions
  • You're comfortable working across compliance, legal, design and partner teams to ship in a regulated environment
  • You use AI tools across product work (research, analysis, documentation, and prototyping)
  • You have strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical and business decisions across audiences

What's in it for you:

  • Salary to £65k + bonus
  • 23 days holiday, rising to 28 + your birthday off
  • Pension, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness Cover
  • Healthcare
