The Role

• Manufacturing medical compression stockings, bandages, and orthopaedic aids
• Performing cutting, sewing, welding, or assembly tasks
• Operating and understanding controls of specialized machinery
• Ensuring and improving product, quality, and safety standards
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a textile and fashion seamster (m/f/d), apparel technician (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
• Practical skills, dexterity, and technical understanding
• Strong quality awareness and a focus on efficient processes
• Experience with sewing and machine operations
