The Role

• Conduct individualized and activating care for residents requiring support.
• Take responsibility for the assessment, documentation, and treatment of chronic wounds.
• Oversee and evaluate the facility's wound documentation system.
• Implement quality assurance measures within wound management.
• Provide and coordinate wound management training and development for staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general nurse.
• A recognized specialization or certification in wound management.
• Prior professional experience in nursing, with a focus on wound care, is preferred.
• A strong sense of empathy, responsibility, and a passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Proficiency in documentation and an understanding of quality management principles.
