The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Conduct a variety of services, including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. • Manage your own stock, perform reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience. • Work independently, making the right decisions for each customer and repair. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
