The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems, including mounting hardware.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable mounting.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of the energy transition by enabling projects for renewable energy integration.
• Update and revise technical drawings with red markings.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing, construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites using a personal vehicle.
• Flexibility for regular Monday-Friday work assignments across the southwest German region, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a motivated, self-reliant work ethic.
