IT Risk and Compliance Analyst I

• Analyze fraud data to identify behavioral trends, elevated-risk patterns, and opportunities to strengthen fraud prevention policies.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, Tableau, and other analytics tools to analyze, segment, profile, and visualize complex datasets.
• Design and maintain metrics and dashboards that measure fraud activity and the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with fraud investigation teams, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and policy teams to deliver insights that support critical business decisions.
• Leverage AI tools and industry best practices to improve fraud detection, risk analysis, and prevention processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience with strong data analytics and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience in fraud prevention, fraud detection, risk analytics, or Trust & Safety.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and data visualization/dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
• Experience with Python, Splunk, statistical analysis, or AI tools is highly preferred.
