Job Description



A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager in Parsippany, NJ. This hybrid role will support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation with a focus on supply chain program coordination, cross-functional alignment, and business readiness.

About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day shift




  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (4 days onsite)




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Hybrid




Responsibilities:




  • Manage the supply chain transformation portfolio, including sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and key risks.




  • Support governance processes, intake prioritization, stage gates, and executive-ready portfolio reporting.




  • Partner with business owners, process owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners to align scope, priorities, and delivery plans.




  • Coordinate business readiness activities, including planning, milestone tracking, testing, training, and adoption support.




  • Track risks, issues, cross-functional dependencies, and value realization across supply chain initiatives.




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree required.




  • 8+ years of project or program management experience.




  • 3-5 years of experience supporting SAP ERP transformations, including ECC or S/4HANA.




  • Direct experience supporting supply chain business processes in an SAP environment.




  • Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators.




  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.




  • Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks.




Desired Skills:




  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or maintenance-related supply chain operations.




  • Background in SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs.




  • Experience with business readiness, change, training, or communications coordination.




  • Ability to prepare steering committee and portfolio review materials.




  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and value realization reporting.
