The Role

• Operate and maintain building technology systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults and malfunctions.
• Conduct safety and function checks.
• Oversee and take over services from subcontractors.
• Document all completed work.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electrical Installer, or equivalent qualification in energy and building technology.
• Experience in facility management, building technology, or cross-trade sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty with additional compensation.
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
