Software Engineer

A leading U.S. homebuilder headquartered in Reston, VA, is seeking a full-time, on-site Software Engineer to join its technology team. This role focuses on developing and supporting enterprise applications, APIs, services, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
• Proven experience building and supporting full-stack applications
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Industry experience in mortgage, lending, title, settlement, or financial services
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
• Experience working on a small, collaborative team
