Duration: 12 Months+ Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite(remaining days remote)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to support and lead product/business requirements for a CRM integration program.
The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, project management, architects, developers, QA, and other teams to 
understand business needs, define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations.
Experience with CRM implementations or enterprise application integration is preferred. Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is a plus but not mandatory.
The candidate should also have basic awareness of Generative AI and be able to identify practical opportunities for using AI tools within the project.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features based on business value and project priorities.
Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Work closely with technical and functional teams during development.
Clarify requirements and resolve questions raised by the delivery team.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
Proactively identify missing requirements, gaps, risks, and dependencies.
Review proposed solutions and validate them against business requirements.
Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.
Support UAT and business validation.
Review completed functionality and confirm that it meets acceptance criteria.
Work with stakeholders to resolve requirement conflicts and prioritize competing needs.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and the delivered solution.
AI Awareness

The candidate should have a basic understanding of Generative AI and practical experience using AI productivity tools.
Examples include:
Using AI to assist with requirements and user-story creation.
Using AI for documentation and analysis.
Using AI to identify potential requirement gaps or scenarios.
Using AI to generate test scenarios or acceptance criteria.
Identifying business processes that could benefit from AI or automation.
Guiding the team on appropriate use of AI productivity tools.
Basic understanding of LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI APIs is desirable.
The candidate is not expected to be an AI/ML specialist.

Required Skills
7+ years of IT/business/product experience.
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead.
Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience managing product backlogs.
Strong user-story and acceptance-criteria writing skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach to identifying gaps and risks.
Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand solution approaches.
Preferred

Experience with CRM implementations/integrations.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is a plus, not mandatory.
Experience with enterprise application integrations and APIs is a plus.
Experience with workflow/process automation is a plus.
Experience with AI-enabled business applications is a plus.
CSPO, PSPO, or similar certification is a plus.
Experience working with large enterprise/consulting organizations is preferred.
