Mobile Field Service Engineer

Your New Role You will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of varying end-clients equipment, as a Mobile Field Engineer with a large geographical area. Your Responsibilities<br />* Troubleshooting, Diagnostic, maintenance and repair of designated equipment: laptop and desktop devices, including AiO<br />* Ensuring best practice standards and common sense are always sought<br />* Utilizing escalation and support process's to resolve service delivery issues.<br />* Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.<br />* Lifting and carrying parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs.<br />* Adhering to current regulatory requirements.<br />* Adherence to all employee administration and deadlines, Overtime, Expenses, Mileage Declaration. Your Requirements<br />The following requirements are necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.<br />* IT qualification

• Three years' experience of diagnosing and repairing IT Equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.<br />* Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.<br />* Advantage if proficient lvel of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.<br />* Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.<br />* Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.<br />* Strong time management skills.<br />* Strong communication skills<br />* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.<br />* Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills<br />* Attention to detail.<br />* Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.<br />* Able to work productively in a pressurized environment.<br />* Ethical and trustworthy.
