Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer -London & South East (Majority of work within the M25) -£50,000+ per annum + Overtime + Company Vehicle We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a growing mobile engineering team covering commercial sites across London and the South East.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and small installation works across a wide range of mechanical building services systems.

Key Responsibilities -Reactive maintenance and fault finding on commercial mechanical systems -PPM servicing across client portfolio -Repairs and small installation works (pipework, pumps, valves, cylinders etc.) -Diagnosing issues with hot/cold water systems, booster sets and pressurisation units -Mechanical remedial works identified on site -Complete service reports and documentation -Work independently across multiple sites -Participate in call-out rota when required Experience Required -Strong background in commercial mechanical building services -Experience in commercial plumbing, pumps, valves and pipework -Ability to fault find and diagnose issues independently -Experience with repairs and installation works -Full UK driving licence Desirable -NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering -Unvented Hot Water qualification -Commercial Gas qualifications (advantageous) -Experience on mobile engineering contracts Package -£50,000+ per annum (DOE) -Company van & fuel card -Tools, mobile & uniform provided -Overtime available -Training & development (including gas qualifications) -Career progression opportunities Please note:
