Job Description
- 7+ years of working experience in the Contract Manufacturing or Production planning field.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Must function independently in a multifaceted and fast paced environment.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, to resolve time sensitive issues in a dynamic production environment.
- Very strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving, and project management skills are required to be successful in this role. Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Be solution driven. Apply problem solving skills to work through conflict in an effective and professional manner to maintain productive working relationships.
- Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, MRP – Excellent analytical skills and hands-on with excel to analyze data - formulas, pivot tables. Ability to write excels macros is a plus.
- Language: Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening
